Those are so hot. I've played a couple, and they were all great. I think I'd prefer them without the decorative lyre thingy, though.

I was surprised at how much I liked it, as SGs are not my thing with the hot ceramics they typically have. The metal ornamentation isn't my favorite look, but it doesn't get in the way, and it is just cosmetic. Oddly enough, non guitar people seem to really like that part when they see the guitar.

Same as it ever was. Or at least same answer as in the other thread.

I go back and forth between my modded CVC tele with the BG P90 and bridge rockwind, and my modded HH Strat with the Dimarzios.

What came first, the chicken or the egg?? Or was it the egg or the chicken??

Since most of my guitars are categorized in the "1, 1A, 1B" vein...

This one, usually referred to as my "beater", is firmly ensconced as my #2, and the one I find myself playing when I'm just noodling, or when Mark has me doing "chunka chunka" exercises...

My number 2 is my PRS CU22. My number 1 is my Ibanez Andy Timmons. I actually played the PRS last night for the first time in a long time. I liked it enough, but didn't give me the tone that I've been loving for the past few months.

Excellent guitar though for sure.
