What does PSA stand for

in the realm of human resources and hiring processes?

I dropped a resume in to a company and I've been told to expect to be contacted to schedule a PSA and it will take 45 minutes to an hour.

So, until we figure out what a PSA is (and I've asked my contact), let me ask this:

Am I crazy to be looking around?
I've got almost 16 years at my current job.

On the plus side:
I've got it pretty good in terms of day to day activity.
The pay is pretty good.
I like the kind of work that I do.

On the negative side:
I haven't had a raise in about 6 years (but got the best quota assignment last year - but just for the year. Now it's gone.)
The company feels like it's in a bit of turmoil. I can usually ignore that and just do my job. I can't seem to ignore it this time.
The toughest part of the job is managing the organisation and the processes.
I'm going to be 50 next month.

This might just be a matter of checking to see if the grass really is greener on the other side of the fence.

On the other hand, at my age, I could probably ride this new company to retirement.
I might be able to do that in my current company, but it's getting harder each day to see that horizon.

Another possibility is that this new company might actually acquire my current company in the future.
If I'm already there, I might be at an advantage.

The good thing is that right now, I've got the choice.
