What can you do with Tempeh ?

Don't know about vegemite

Tempeh in my opinion is best marinated in asian spices/soy sauce and then stir fried with a load of vegetables. Or marinated and coated in egg/breadcrumb and deep fried

I have found tempeh to be disgusting. To me, it tastes like something that has long since gone to its reward, and not in a good way (like Kimchee.)
