Happy Friday all!

Here's what I have in mind:

Tonight - hot wings. Gonna grill the wings (and hopefully not forget to use the indirect heat insert this time) in a light flour coating and then coat in franks+butter+worchestershire.

Saturday - cajun rice & blackened fish

(Sat. night, put a pork butt on the BGE to smoke low & slow)

Sunday - pulled pork with vinegar sauce & slaw on homemade buns with BEER and fútbol.

Hmmmmm......


We've been eating way too much packaged/frozen food this week (although I did manage to grill some rockfish and serve it with corn on the cob and dry-cooked chinese long-beans on Tuesday). I have a packet of Saag's Bangers and have been thinking about bangers and mash, but the wife HATES peas. I'm thinking that perhaps I can make them as they used to be served at Earthquakes games in Spartan Stadium back in the day: grilled, served on a steakroll with sauteed onions...

Sunday maybe some chicken satay skewers with Indonesian peanut sauce :thu:
 
Filet Mignon with seared veggies and a crab truffle butter sauce.

They execute me tomorrow.
