Weber Mini Mass vs. Load Dump

Does anybody know what the practical difference is betweeen Weber's Mini Mass and Load Dump attenuators? I know that the Mini Mass uses a speaker motor, but what difference does that make to tone?

The Load Dump is purely resistive, meaning that it presents a static resistance to the output transformer regardless of signal frequency, whereas the MASS uses a speaker motor which has an impedance curve (presents a different resistance to the OT depending on frequency and amplitude).

sounds like a fiber problem.
