I like both. The gum inide the Blow pop is useless and flavorless within 30 seconds. Then you have to dispose of it.

The tootsie piece inside the blow pop mixes well with the candy shell and is fully consumed.

I say Blow Pop wins.

Used to drive me nuts though, I would always work hard on that raised part to try and get a more even, spherical shape, but could never do it.
