Especially when you're cleaning out things that haven't been gone through in the decade you've been in your building. Man we've broken a lot of stuff around here

and, to top it off, I had water coming in thru the toy room ceiling today...
I've had that "fixed" every friggin 'year I've owned this place.
this time, i'll be ME doing it.
not that I wanna go up on the roof...

I've got some cleaning to do, too.
I brought so much stuff in from the garage during the cold months to work on projects that my bar and pool table are covered.

And we're having house guests in a couple of weeks...
Luckily, I don't think they'll want to navigate the stairs. I HOPE they don't.
But what do I know? They're in their late 80's and are driving up from Vegas. Why would a set of stairs slow them down?
