Meh. Stratosphere on eBay/Reverb parts out Fenders and charges premium prices. I'm sure it's a good neck and all, but you can get one sans tuners from Warmoth for $200.

And you can choose the size frets you want. If you get roasted maple, it doesn't need to be finished.

I'm not in the market for a neck at all. The only reason I'd pounce on it is if it's a crazy good deal, and even then it will probably sit in the closet for a year until I've finally acquired all of the other parts.
