This is getting sick...a potential 5th board!

Modern Saint

Starve your Fear, Feed your Dream!
It is already bad that I have 4 pedalboards.

1) The GP (General Purpose) - This is the Jack of all trades master of none board. It is the board I use for cover bands and sometimes originals.

2) The Acoustic Board - Solo Acoustic Gigs and only for my Acoustic Guitar

3) The TP Board - I replicated Mike Campbell's pedalboard for my Tom Petty tribute. It has a few additions as well as substitutes.

4) The BC Board (Blues/Country) - Used for the idioms listed in the title.

The new fifth board is really to dedicate to playing the blues. The thoughts are to pull a couple of items on the BC board and place them onto a Pedaltrain Mini. What I envision on the blues board is:

Fuchs Plush Drive - Already have
Xotic EP - Yank from BC board
BYOC Trem - One of my builds
Ibanez TS9 - Already have and modified to a TS808
Add tuner...

After all I have played alot of blues recently and just use my plush for overdrive. Otherwise my amps have to crank but we are playing low volume.

I would then reconfig my BC board dedicated to only a country board. Not playing any country at the moment but now I can just dedicate this board to the country element which is as follows

TC Tuner
Wampler Neo Comp
Xotic AC Booster
Wampler Paisley Drive
Xotic RC
Faux Analog Delay
TC Hall of Fame

I already to have a Wampler Hot Wired to add as well. May need a modulation pedal and/or a second delay and yet may not

:hmm:

i have two pedalboards.

PT Mini: when i want to use between 3 to 5 pedals

PT Jr: when I want to use 4 to 8 pedals.

Randy, they must have a support group out there for people like you. The important thing to remember is- you are not alone. This too shall true bypass. One pedal at a time. Let go and let stomp.

I didn't need them when I didn't perform the other styles. Opening up for other gig opportunities is what did it. Rather than change pedals out for the situation, you create another board so it is ready to go at the first call. If I played only one style, I would only own one board - well maybe two....
