The last time I remember trying Big Red was in about 1980. I picked up a bottle on a munchie mission to the Qwik-E-Mart, and my fellow stoners gave me such a hard time about it that I never wanted to drink it again.

Of course the appalling bubblegum-like taste was also a factor...
