Things you only ate once

I love everything everyone has mentioned except chitlins, which are kinda nasty.
 
the entire ball of wasabi in one bite the first time I ate sushi when I was 17 bc i thought it might be guac.

This is tripe. It tastes just as appetizing as it looks. Back in the late 80s, I was at an AGA (association of government accountants) meeting at a hotel and took what I thought was a long spear of eggplant or zucchini with tomato dip, but turned out to be a piece of tripe. It had the texture of a wax candle, and about the same flavor...
