Things to pair with a Big Muff

I'd like to add the "fuzz/buzz" of the muff to something that will tone down the metal feel I seem to get out of this thing. I've played with amp and pedal settings but when I turn down the pedal it loses the crispiness I want that comes from the higher settings.
I'm basically looking for a swarm of bees kind of feel.
Anything?

That's a tough one. I feel like ta Muff is the exact opposite of swarm of bees sound. Maybe an overdrive before if after it. Or snag a Mojo Hand Fx One Ton Bee and just use that :grin:

If you want bees in a jar-Boss FZ-5? Not sure of the model #. I'm told there was a Boss Mutha Fuzz but can't seem to find much info on it.
