The Whole 30.

Day 30 - Wooooohooo, I made it. Lost 9 pounds and learned a lot. I will probably not ever eat the same way I did 31 days ago. Let's see what sticks. Reintroduction meal plan for tomorrow - Breakfast: White Ale, Lunch: IPA, Dinner: Porter.

I started yesterday. It's been difficult so far and yesterday my macros were pretty fucked up. Ashlee and I are doing the nightshade elimination version, because that will hopefully help with my IBS and RA issues. Mainly I'm finding myself hungry more often and like @Mark Wein earlier in the thread, when I'm in lessons or teaching late that is hard to work around. I have plenty of clean food at home, but need to find a better solution during the day.
