Cool

The one I pass on the way to work lines up a slew of red and white VW beetles each year like reindeer pulling a santas sled.

My future Costa Rica neighbor has a '74 microbus. It's a perfect vehicle down there. Another friend has a '92 original Beetle in orange and black. I lust for that car.

Cool. I had a 74 super beetle in high school. I think it was really a late 74, as it had fuel injection like the 75 models. It was a fun little car. Mine was highway safety orange.

luvs the old beetles. i had an aunt that had a '65 that she let me drive a bunch of times and my next door neighbor in high school ( he was about 4 years older than me) had a 1955 beetle.....really small rear window.....very cool car

The original Beatles and buses will last even another several decades. I wish the newer production cars (not just VW but most manufacturers) could claim the same.
I would love to have that '69 Carmen Ghia we had now. It was a cool car!

Yeah, its up at my parents house in Joshua Tree with a tarp over it. I don't really have a place to work on it here in Vegas, so it languishes. :embarrassed:
