My main one is this, modded MIM Standard. Warmoth birdseye maple neck, Kinman 60's pickups w/4-way angled(!) switch, graphtech saddles and nut, schaller locking tuners. A rock machine

that angled switch is pretty cool looking.
So a Thinline Tele had sex with a Carvin, but the Tele genetics won out...to a certain extent.
Chad, who's going dictate the nomenclature so know what is and isn't a Tele?
I mean, these all work for and so would Gordon's Yamaha Pacifica super-Tele (like this one):
...but I don't want to be wrong.
Carvin???
I'm not seeing anything Carvinish. It's a straight Warmoth thinline tele.
That level of curly/quilted maple is generally reserved for over the top Carvins of the 1980's. Not unlike this one:
Don''t get me wrong, I still want this guitar, Kahler and all. That said, I'd rather have your old Tele.

You do realize that somene is gonna show up and explain that a proper tele has a three barrel vintage style bridge, two singles, and a maple fretboard, right?
It is just fantastic. Everyone has his idea of what constitutes the perfect Tele, but for my taste and preferences this can't be improved upon. All your Teles are nice, but this one is extra sweet.
