it's sad that a place so musically "perfect" should never be used again......but 40 feet below ground and only stairs to get out......that's a prescription for disaster.

Very cool. One of the coolest parts of my job is going into old venues that people are planning to use again after years of abandonment. It's been great to see some of these places reborn. Many still lie empty though.
