Not all pork belly is cured. Just like not all poultry is boiled.

Pulled pork is all about who makes it and how they do it (and of course, mine is best ).....even shitty diner bacon cooked to an inch of it's life is still is somehow and someway still bacony goodness.

While I enjoy bacon and pulled pork as much as the next guy, I get genuine cravings for Spam... especially if it's grilled.

Underwood Deviled Ham and pineapple slices on white bread makes a great sandwich. A staple of my childhood fishing trips with my Dad.

I love bacon. I love pulled pork, especially when I make it. I dont get pork belly. To be fair though, I've only had it once and whereas the meaty bits were nice they weren't fantastic and the rest was really just hunks of fat. Not a fan of huge globs of fat.
