Ours turned out rad with the Blue cheese.....it looks gross in the picture (and in real life, too) but it tastes rad. I made a larger batch since we're going to my inlaws this afternoon:

2 bars of cream cheese
5 oz fresh blue cheese
3 packages of precut chicken (the didn't have any ground chicken at the store this morning
1 and 1/4 cups Franks
