Buffalo Flavored Dip

Take - 1/2 pound of ground chicken and brown in a pan

Take - 1 8oz package of cream cheese (let sit at room temperature for a while)

Take - 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce

Take - 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese


Simply mix all together - spread in a pie pan - bake at 350 for about 20 minutes (until it bubble) and serve with nacho chips.

I did this for thanksgiving when tude posted it originally and it was like I was the hero of thanksgiving or something.
 
I sometimes put together a 4 layer dip. Smear a layer of cream cheese on the bottom of a rectangular glass pan. Drain a can or two (depending on pan size) of black beans and layer on top of the cream cheese. Drain a few cans of Rotel tomatoes, medium heat is fine, and layer on top. Spread a bag of grated Mexican cheese on top and bake at 350F until it is completely melted on top.
