The "Antique" Compact Camper... and 1974 VW Beetle?

I’ve seen that video before.
It’s actually very stable since the majority of the tongue weight is in the middle of the vehicle.
It means that the trailer pushes the whole car down rather than just the rear end.
When a trailer is attached to just the rear hitch, it means the rest of the car is a sort of cantilever to offset that weight and the suspension, frame, and everything else had better be up to the task.
 
Less if you turned on the heater.
the 'heater' in a beetle is nothing more than a flap in a tube that leads to the exhaust manifold. no other moving parts. :grin:
if anything, opening the flat would be better air flow.
