We have one very small HIV project, but 95% of our effort is on hepatitis C and a group of mosquito borne relatives of hepatitis C. So, maybe 5% on STD work, but even in that area, we focus more on IV drug users.

Then I get in the doctor room, and I see this thing that looks like a medieval torture device, diameter slightly less than my little finger.
