Steve Vai sells the Mothership

$1.5 mil doesn't seem like a lot for a house/studio in Hollywood Hills.

He musta really tore the place up.
 
I tried to read it, but further down the page was a link to bouncing boobs and butts. The Steve Vai article lost.

At that price he must be selling it as a teardown. Which makes sense--a studio isn't much of an investment in 2015.
 
That's a good price for a 4000sq.ft. house out there, the studio would be that man cave we all want.
