Special Wine Dinner Saturday Night

We served 25 guests, and all photos were by our sous chef. There were four of us working BOH, so we all assisted in cooking and plating, though our executive chef planned the menu and our sous planned the dessert. Really fun, really rewarding night, but it was a hard service.

Sorry, haven't been around here much. What do you do? Looks good. What were the wine pairings?

I work garde manger. Been there since November, and that was my first time back in the kitchen in ten years.

Not sure what the pairings were... our FOH Manager handled all of that.

Thanks, guys. The quail or the ramen were probably my favourite dishes. I would drink a mug of that ramen broth all day long.

nice! tell your sous chef he/she needs to get some more color saturation in his/her food pics, or stop using whatever weirdo filter he/she's using, though - they look very washed out
