I've only encountered one FMIC stock humbucker I've liked. Thank God it's on my HSS Deluxe Strat.
 
Or buy a Classic 30 to put it through. :grin:

John, just keep playing it unplugged and see if you dig it. If you do, there are some humbuckers you love, drop a set in and rock it. If you don't dig it unplugged, sell or return it.

Like every Fender humbucker. Fender should stick to single coils and clean amps. That is what they do best.

Agreed.

It's a very different guitar than the typical John purchase. Put decent pickups in it and it'll probably come alive.

you and me both. I am hoping to have the coin for a Titan next summer. Except after a couple of weeks in Ponte Vedra, my wife is wanting to buy a beach house now. We lived here for 3 years and she couldn't wait to get back to NoVA and now she wants a beach house here :facepalm:
