Look at SPL ratings of the actual speakers, too. A higher dB SPL means that the speaker is more efficient, thus creating more volume with the same power.

If you add a second 8-ohm cabinet (two output cables), use both the 2x8ohm outputs.
If you add a second 8-ohm speaker in parallel using a single cabinet (1 output cable), use the 1x4ohm output
