It's like a modelling scout looking for fresh talent who asks "yes, but could those hips carry 18 babies to term?"

I had a purple Schecter Avenger USA custom shop guitar being sold by Red Dragon guitars, show up on my facebook feed two days ago.

If you were Mystix, you'd love it!

I think they were only asking something like $3500 for it too, what a deal! I don't see it on their website though, maybe Mystix already bought it.

Actually, on second thought, don't. Ignorance and prejudice can keep the USA Custom resale values low and attainable. I'm good with that.

I always liked the original USA Schecter's that Townsend played. I would never pay the prices being asked for them, but I like the look.

Tried to buy a PT once. GC used. Wasn't a picture yet. Called the store, asked guy who answered about it, is it a Tele copy? He said yes. They shipped it, I got it, was not a PT. Brought it to the Joliet CG to return it. Got a fair deal on a Les Paul the was actually worth buying so, there's that.

Good to see they went back to a 6-on-a-side headstock on those. Wish they'd do that on their strat-ish guitars.
