Rib sauce recipes. Help!

I have to bring the sauces for the family pre-holiday-we-won't-all-be-here-at-Christmas get-together.

Ribs and wings. YES!

I've been tasked to bring rib sauces.

I'm assuming these would be the type you can pour on right when you're going to eat because the ribs themselves will be cooking long before I arrive. Besides, trying to juggle a handful of different sauces while the racks are cooking just seems like too much work.

So, I'm going to do some shopping and some cooking.

I'm open to suggestions and recipes, if ya got 'em.

Thanks!

^^ Most people (who do not live in the Carolinas) freak out at the idea of a mustard sauce, but I love those sauces.
I spent a couple of years working on my own KC style BBQ sauce that I must say is freakin' good. I can post the recipe here after I get home and unlock it from the guarded vault.......

There's Alabama White sauce, too.

It's a mayonnaise & vinegar-based bbq sauce. I tried it at a local bbq place one time on pork. It was ok, but I think it would be better on chicken or grilled fish, like salmon.
