Just had homemade minestrone inspired soup for lunch made by the wife. Damn good it was too.
 
Did my first run tonight after my half marathon last month.

Couldn't even do 5k :facepalm:


Now going to listen to new Ulcerate album

Long weekend started tonight. Got a couple of days off to spend with the son as it's half term.
 
Half the office is dressed up for Halloween while the other half pretends nothing is going on :lol:
 
Is it staying on the ground already? We had some snow before the weekend but it was gone straight away. Cold as fuck now though...
 
Its always a tepid 38c in the Badlands hot tub :embarrassed:

For the first time in years I bought sweets in the spent the night telling mini iron men to fuck off as I replaced the fubar 4 point lock on my front door.

Ive eaten so many mini wham bars today :grin:
