Sell the Les Paul.

Not gonna happen. I always thought Les Pauls were not my sorta thing until I got a Studio because I realized that a lot of the sounds I loved on records were LP tones and I wanted some of those flavors on a record I was making.

The stupid thing has been my main electric since then.

FWIW, one of the nicer guitars I've acquired in recent years is a MIM Mustang bass.

Fender's Mexico facility makes some nice stuff. I've consistently liked owning/playing the MIM stuff more than the MIA stuff over the years.

Although the only Fender I own at the moment is my '78 Musicmaster Bass.
