Not a bad deal for either - saving about $70 and getting some extra bits like hsc (on the 24) stand, strap, picks, etc. That particular seller does PRS SE packs on Amazon all the time (which woot! is part of).

If you watch Amazon, the PRS SE guitars get cheaper than their regular price when there are 3 left in stock. If you watch the stock of a particular model, you can get the 'pack' like in the woot link for even less.

Oh, and I bought one of the Bernie Marsden SE models back in December. These PRS SE models are absolutely fantastic guitars.
