Price check!!! What are you paying for gasoline?

The last I paid was around $2.80, but it has been a couple weeks. A fill-up usually lasts me for a month.

With currency conversion, it's probably close to $5. $1.20/litre in Canadian funds.

To be fair, that's an urban location, and not representative of the country.

My primary ride is electric.

Below $3 per US gallon for regular, but that was over a week ago.
My primary ride is a rocket, but sometimes I have to take the bus.

I shudder to think at the cost of commuting exclusively via cab or by owning a car.

True.

Even here in WV, when you think about the cost of owning a car, excluding fuel and maintenance, you're probably looking at over $100/month for tax and insurance for a reliable daily driver.

And if you're making a car payment, you can add another $300 or more per month.

$112 per month doesn't sound so bad.
