post your favorite acoustic...

The best acoustic I've ever played was a J-45 that my brother rented for me for a week while I was visiting. But then there are a lot of good guitars I have never played (I'd love to try a Santa Cruz for more than a few minutes but they are expensive and the wait is something like a year so I've heard).

But after the refret mine plays ok so I'll stick with it.

That's why I call my Tak EAN 55C my poorman's Lowden:

Less graceful cutaway, and without the ultra sweet wood binding, but I think the influence is pretty obvious (or at least I like to believe that it is).

But that Lowden (as with all Lowdens) is absolutely beautiful.

Back in the mid 80's I got this one from a friend in trade for an old stand up piano. Over the years I've gone through more than a few acoustics but this one has been the keeper.
