It makes me so happy to know that big chunk of pig is on the smoker slowly getting delicious. We will be having pulled pork sandwiches for lunch tomorrow. :cool:

The interesting thing is that I am trying out a new temperature probe. It talks to the wireless network so I get to monitor both probes (grill temp and meat temp) from my iPad. You can even monitor remotely with your phone if you want.

Oh man, I love pulled pork sandwiches. This one was Carolina-style, with vinegar sauce and slaw. With macaroni salad on the side and of course cold beer. Next will be with spicy barbecue sauce, onions and pickles.

The gizmo did well, but there is a definite temptation to micro-manage the smoker temp with all that information at your fingertips. :tongue:
