I used to have one of these when I lived in a small rowhouse in the district. It was built around the turn of the last century, so the walls were solid brick, but it was still way too much amp for such a small place. Now that I've got a little more room, I decided to take the leap again. I'd been keeping my eye out for one, and I think I got a pretty good deal on this. The only problem was getting it up 2 flights of stairs, as it weighs nearly 100 pounds.

Plugged in, it sounded as good as I had remembered. Way too loud to go to 11, but I did push it a bit more than I before.
