My search for the ultimate transparent OD continues. I don't know that it has the sweetness (I can't believe I just typed that) of my klone, but it sounds great and is quite controllable. Decided to give the lunar module another try on the small board, and the Timmy sounds really nice in front of it. Kicks in enough gain for some feedback and some squealies, which is nice as the LM on its own is a bit tame.

Right on. I almost picked one of those up a few months ago. There was a pretty good deal on Reverb, but I passed. There is a section of your small board that looks very similar to mine :grin:

I considered a Timmy a few years back but went with Xotic pedals for my needs at the time. I still contemplate it though.
 
If I played electric guitar in a band I'd probably be looking at one, along with a Nocturne Brain.
As it is I cant justify a pedal fetish to play in my home music room.
I hardly ever break out pedals from storage anyway, but if I do I make do with my old collection of MXRs, Danos, etc.
