Looks like it was put together by someone who had only a passable understanding of the blueprint.

Eg-they can solder it, but they do not understand it.

If it's wired that way so that it can be easily experimented with, it may be an amateur job.

If it's an amateur job, I'd be surprised if it were a Fuchs.
