I think black on electric guitars is basically the classiest color one can be. Start adding colors and I begin losing respect for the instrument but should in fact be slapping the builder instead. I like this guitar solely based on its color concept alone and, yea, that silver pick-up needs to be black. Add in that Collings is a premier builder I'd expect this thing to sound like a choir of angels. For that price, though, I'd better be able to lay with those angels.
