I have no idea who these yahoos are that are replacing Govan and Minneman, but they do a pretty good job

Craig Blundell and Dave Kilminster on drums and guitar, Dave is Roger Waters' regular live guitarist and is a friend of Guthrie's (who recommended him for the job).
Craig works for Roland as a demo guy, especially on a lot of their electronic drums, as well as drumming for Frost*. Both ridiculously good players.
