Cool! I used to have a CIJ '66 Reissue Jaguar. It was a fantastic guitar, that I unfortunately had to sell, to help pay bills. I would assume that your CIJ '66 Reissue Jazzmaster is as fine an instrument as my old '66 Reissue Jaguar, and my (current) 2012 MIJ Jaguar Thinline. Are you going to keep in the stock pickups, or do like I did with my Jaguar Thinline, and replace them? The MIJ pickups are the only thing that let the MIJ Jaguars and Jazzmasters down.

The stock low output pick ups. This one will stay mostly stock.
