What I dont understand is why Gretsch is moving to the Broad'trons in the latest rendition of the pro jet. Its why I pulled the trigger on this guitar. I wanted to start with the Filter'trons.

Edit: Mine is also a special edition (tangerine flake) from Riff City. Not that I'm complaining, but wondering why FMIC seems more into doing special runs for the Gretsches? Maybe that Chinese factory is really good at it?
