New Fenders: "10 for '15" — do we care about any of these?

A whole lot of also rans. To me the racing stripe models are an admission that they’re just plain out of ideas for new strats and teles. The double cut tele is interesting, but people who want that kind of upper fret access aren’t playing telecasters anyway.

The blackout Strat is cool, but you could build it on a blacktop strat for way less money. Just change the pickups and get a better guitar.

'70's Hardtail has always been an underrated model (it's gone in and out of production).

Who the **** puts a blonde finish on Korina?

I dig this one, although I admit that I'd like it just as much if it was a MIM model.

Korina Tele as a concept is interesting. I love the reclaimed redwood Tele. I like the finish on the Mustang, but would prefer the regular electronics. I want to like the Tele double cut, but I'm not feeling it. St. Blues did a limited edition Double Cut Tele with a trem that I liked, but I definitely prefer my Teles to be single cut affairs.

Double cut Tele? No.
Regular HBs on either a Strat or Tele? No.
I think the 70s hardtail is okay.
The reclaimed Tele with the wide range in the neck is pretty cool.
