new belgium slow ride IPA

angry tele

L'effet c'est moi
great beer! A quaffing IPA
lots of bitterness and not much malt backbone
its a British style IPA so its lower in alcohol
compared to most US IPAs.
Its also more balanced. Its basically just a really bitter British pale ale.
nelson sauvin (new zealand) and mosaic (simcoe on steroids) hops
think white whine and pineapples

Yeah, that one is pretty good. Picked up a sampler pack from them and it had 3 Slow Rides in it.

Session IPAs are all the rage these days & that's a good thing...'cept some of them kinda suck. Slow Ride is decent though.

If you can find it (pretty limited New Jersey distro), Carton's Boat Beer is really damn good

What's up with the lower alcohol being a good thing??

I was born to believe that we drank beer for a buzz on..

In Canada most of ours are 5%-8%..
