Haven't owned a Marshall in a lonnng time. This is just a baby, but screams pretty loud.

Pre-AVT 80s solid state with original 10" Celestion G10L-35. Sounds surprisingly great with the gain dimed.

Thanks. As a rather old solid state model, I'm not sure to what extent if any I should even count this as a Marshall, though I guess it says so on the front, haha! The only other Marshall I've had before was a cheapo used one from the newer AVT hybrid series, which, somewhat oddly, I don't think sounded as good as this older one.

Neither would probably be accepted by Marshall tube purists, but I'm not in any huge hurry for a Marshall tube amp, as for that sound I already have a Sovtek Tube Midget. It doesn't have the same name recognition as a Marshall, but it kicks some serious ass.
