Anyway,

She has adapted/assimilated to NH quite nicely.

She created a new dish she called "Pout-chicken" (pronounced POO-chicken).

A variation of the French-Canadian comfort food Poutine (pronounced POO-teen or POO-tin, depending on whether you're actually French-Canadian or not).

Check this shit out:

Bed of steak fries, pre-cooked.
Crock-Pot shredded spiced chicken breasts.
Mozarella cheese. Put under broiler until light tan.
Crumple up bacon bits/strips...(cook this before-hand)

Drizzle with hot chicken gravy. If you think you need more, then you probably do.....go ahead, I won't tell.

I put black pepper and Frank's Red-Hot sauce on mine.


UN-FUCKING-EARTHLY GOOD! Enjoy with a nice IPA.

I asked the same thing, She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed told me that they don't sell cheese curds in the store.

I don't question such things, I roll with the punches.

The curds are worth investigating.

Poutine is a thing in New Hampshire, as you know, so there's got to be a source.

Find a restaurant that serves poutine and ask them where they get their curds.
If it's not a chain restaurant, they'll likely have a fairly local source.
 
I could use a plate of that right about now, funk soul brother.

But maybe with two fried eggs on top, so then it could be like breakfast.
