Yes! Carson's Ribs. I lived literally across the street from the one that closed and we went there once when we first moved there. that was the last time we went. You nailed it with the boiled and broiled. Gross.

I know good BBQ ribs, and bad BBQ ribs. Carson's sucked. My ribs are excellent. I slow smoke them at about 200 degrees F until they are perfect.
