Question: Marshall MC412A 4 x 12" Cab

Is anyone familiar with these? Looks like a budget 4x12 that Marhshall put out for a few years.

Worth the cheap price? Junk? Other?

200watts, can be set to stereo or mono, Celestion Platform 50 speakers (never heard of them)
 
My guess is that it used low grade materials. What's it called MFD or something? It's like particle board instead of the usual plywood.
 
Is it the same cab they made for the SS heads? If so, I've played through a couple here and there; you could do worse.

I was looking at a used one for $100, mostly because it was only $100. A 4x12 is totally overkill for my needs and I don't really have the room for it. I went with that Panama 1x12 instead.
 
Every guitarist needs to own a 4x12 at some point in their life. It's like a rite of passage. I once owned a full stack - never left my basement and I regretted owning it... but it was a glorious wall of sound.
