LX Little Martin?

So this popped up on my local CL today. I can't say that I've been GASing for a parlor sized guitar, but a Martin (even a Mexican Martin) for $50 seems like a steal. Anybody tried one of these? Sounds good on the few youtube clips I've listened to.

I own the LXE. It's an ok easy get about guitar. For that price I would hit it. I need to sand down the bridge saddle a little on mine.
