Lizano is okay as I recall, but not amazing.

Gallo pinto is good. But if you spend any time in Costa Rica, you end up eating a LOT of it.

I never make Central American food. *spits* Sometimes I make red beans and rice, but the New Orleans kind with Loozeeanna hot sauce.

Well just substitute the Lozano for the looziana, it's versatile. It's flavorful though and not hot.
