I wouldn't be thinking that way, I'd assume it was some trick and she was going to publicly embarrass me. Fortunately I wouldn't care. On the downside it's more like if this happened before I was married she'd be saying:

"If I looked at you like this would think I was interested in you? Because I was giving that guy you know all sorts of looks and it seemed liked he needed air traffic control to give him a clue. It's so cool to guy friend I can talk to about this stuff."

It actually never really happened as all of my female friends were spoken for. Once I met my wife I was literally indifferent to other women outside of friendship and working relationships, so I wouldn't have gotten it and certainly wouldn't act on it if I did.
