Labor Day food

Ended up making fried shrimp and scallops with french bread and brussels sprouts pan fried with pancetta.
 
A lamb pita and a pint for lunch.

Pulled lamb shoulder seasoned with paprika and citrus wrapped in a warm pita with a carrot and orange slaw, fresh pomegranate and mint yogurt.


Pizza for dinner.

pepperoni, ham, salami, beef, and italian sausage

Cheeseburger
ground beef, cheddar, bacon, onions, and tomato
 
I grilled two big ass rib eyes Sunday.
Mrs. T baked catfish fillets covered in Rotel Sunday. I loved every bite of both so I think I'll start a family holiday tradition!
